Welcome to our farm

We purchased our farm, located on the Elbe island of Krautsand in northern Germany, in December 2020. We are now energetically renovating the farm to meet the standards of our animals. It is important to us to be transparent and equal with our customers, demonstrating what we have already achieved on our farm and what our goals are.

First, we remodeled the farm's house so that our farm manager couple could have direct access to our cattle. To ensure that we, the three owners of the farm, also have unlimited access to our cattle, we created a separate apartment that allows us to be with our animals at any time. To be able to manage our farm, we also created an office, kitchen, and recreation room on the farm, where we can further develop our cattle breeding with new ideas.

The focus of the upcoming renovation is primarily on the construction of the cattle barn. However, the construction planning and permitting process will take more time. Our new barns and the renovation of the existing facilities offer significant improvements:
• The new stables are exclusively straw-lined, providing the cattle with a particularly natural and comfortable environment.
• Even in the converted stables, the animals have the opportunity to lie on straw, which further increases their well-being.

Our next step therefore involves building new stables for our animals and documenting this development so that we can continue to involve you in our projects. Stay tuned for what awaits you in the near future!
