Are you a butcher or master butcher, have experience in sales or managing a service counter – and want to not just work, but also help shape things? Then you've come to the right place.

Your tasks:

• Site management – ​​including personnel planning and team leadership in collaboration with our cross-site operations manager
• Production of meat and sausage products
• Employee management and contact persons
• Active participation in cutting, counter construction, sales and customer service
• Cashier responsibility, ordering goods and warehouse organization
• Ensuring hygiene, quality and clear processes
• Close cooperation with the Krautsandfarm and production
  

What you should bring:

• Training in the butcher trade or experience in food sales
• Independent, clean and reliable work
• Enjoy dealing with customers and high-quality products
• Desire to build a team and contribute your own ideas
• A master’s title is an advantage – but not a must

We are looking for you!

The Krautsand Farm is located on the Elbe island of Krautsand, just outside Hamburg. There, we cultivate over 300 hectares of Elbe meadows and keep more than 600 cattle in suckler cow husbandry, as well as other animals. This farming produces our own products, which we process and sell by hand at our butcher shops in Hittfeld and Hamburg-Eppendorf .

We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) to help us with our daily tasks.

Your tasks:

•⁠ ⁠All tasks in the area of ​​​​cultivation and harvesting (grassland + arable land)

•⁠ ⁠Care and maintenance of the machines

•⁠ ⁠⁠Collecting eggs and caring for the chickens

•⁠ ⁠Support in animal husbandry (e.g. feeding etc.)

•⁠ ⁠⁠Pasture inspection + fence care and maintenance

What you should bring:

•⁠ ⁠Completed agricultural vocational training or professional experience, career changers are also welcome
