On Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 12 p.m., we are delighted to be opening our second store: the Krautsand Farm Butchery & Manufactory at Lehmweg 56, 20251 Hamburg. Following the successful launch of our first butchery and manufactory in Hittfeld, this is a significant step for us—and we look forward to welcoming many familiar and new faces.
In our new factory in Hamburg-Eppendorf, we offer you what we stand for at Krautsand Farm: high-quality organic meat from our own suckler cows, processed with artisanal care and genuine passion: regional, sustainable, honest.
To accompany the opening, we'd like to highlight another special event: Over the past few months, a camera crew from NDR (Northern German Broadcasting) has been documenting our work on the farm. The resulting report will be broadcast on NDR on opening day, Thursday, July 17, at 6:15 p.m. We cordially invite you to experience the broadcast live in our shop.
Our new location has the following opening hours: Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
We are very pleased to welcome you in Hamburg from July 17th – for the opening and on many days thereafter.
