Our Königsberger Klopse (Klops) are prepared according to a traditional recipe in our butcher shop and factory—a true classic of German cuisine. They're made from fine ground beef from our own cattle, raised on our farm in Krautsand. This creates an incomparably robust flavor that reflects the quality of regional breeding.

The specialty is refined with a mild veal stock and fresh cream, which together create a creamy sauce. Typical of the original: finely chopped capers add a slightly spicy note . Onions, wheat flour, egg, and a pinch of salt provide binding and texture, while anchovies and select spices lend the meatballs their distinctive flavor.
