Labskaus – homemade in our butcher shop & factory

Our Labskaus is traditionally made in our butcher shop and factory – using beef from our own cattle raised on our farm in Krautsand. The cured beef provides the characteristic, hearty flavor , while pre-cooked potatoes form the creamy base.

Finely seasoned gherkins and their pickle juice round out the dish, providing a harmonious, slightly acidic note. Seasoned with select spices, the result is a classic Labskaus that combines artisanal quality with regional flavor.

Each jar is carefully prepared by hand – using meat from our own farm, selected ingredients, and the aim of bringing traditional regional cuisine directly to your home.
