Our beef stock is the ideal base for hearty soups, sauces, and stews—cooked the old-fashioned way, with the finest ingredients and plenty of time. We use only beef bones and meat from our own cattle, raised on our farm in Krautsand. This ensures an authentic, natural flavor and the highest quality.
Together with fresh drinking water and a pinch of table salt, we slowly simmer the stock to allow the intense flavors and valuable ingredients to fully develop. The result is a genuine, rich stock – free from artificial additives and with a taste that can only be achieved through traditional craftsmanship .
