Our beef roulade is a truly traditional dish, which we produce with great dedication in our butcher shop and factory. The basis is the finest beef from our own cattle, raised on our farm in Krautsand. This meat ensures the authentic flavor and exceptional tenderness of our roulades.
The roulade is filled with hearty, streaky bacon, spicy onions, fine mustard, and crispy gherkins—a combination that gives this dish its unmistakable character. It's rounded off with our rich, homemade beef stock and a creamy sauce, perfected with wheat flour, select spices, and a pinch of salt.
Each beef roulade is carefully rolled and cooked by hand – using meat from our own farm, selected ingredients, and the aim of bringing you traditional culinary art of the highest quality.
